The goal of the review is to verify that the specification, statement of work, and drawing are adequate and that the TF Coil design is advanced enough to release this documentation to procurement so that the conductor can be ordered. The areas that will be addressed are: * Is the material specified correct? * Is the hole big enough? * Is the copper cross-section big enough? * Are the yield and ultimate specified for the conductor appropriate? This is a review for only the raw conductor and should be relatively brief.
