Please plan to attend. Participants at remote locations can connect via telephone using 866.718.9081 pass code 706670. Attached documents are herewith forwarded for your review: 1. General Requirements Document (GRD). (Please view this document from the NCSX website.) 2. Analysis of Mike Zarnstorff establishing that the C-Site Option (using the C-Site Rectifier supplies for NCSX) meets the NCSX requirements for First Plasma. 3. Updated System Design Description (SDD) on WBS4. 4. Review presentation slides. This includes the simplified schematics and a block diagram. Set of Prints of the schematic drawings will be sent to the review committee members in advance; will be available to participants at the review; and may be gotten in advance from Rick van Kirk. The review committee is asked to address the following charge questions: 1. Does the C-site option appear to be a reasonable and cost effective solution to meet the electrical power requirements (as documented in the GRD) for First Plasma? 2. Does the scope of the conceptual design (as documented in the SDD and schematics) appear complete? 3. Have attendant risks have been identified and addressed in the project plans? 4. Do the resources and schedule in the project baseline appear adequate for the design and implementation of the Electrical Power System (WBS 4)? 5. Has electrical safety has been sufficiently addressed in the design and implementation plans? 6. Is the project ready to proceed with preliminary design of the Electrical Power System (WBS4)? All concerns are to be submitted via chits during the CDR. Chit forms will be available at the design review. The cognizant engineer is Raki Ramakrishnan. The RLM is Al von Halle. Following will be the review committee members: C. Neumeyer - Chair M. Zarnstorff Mounir Awad E. Baker J.
