The review committee members are Raki Ramakrishnan, Jim Chrzanowski,
Fred Dahlgren, and Ron Hatcher.

Phil Heitzenroeder  is the RLM.

The charge to the review committee is as follows:

1) Is the Systems Requirements Document adequate and finalized? Are
interfaces defined?

2) Is the design consistent with the requirements?

2) Are the design basis analyses and any supporting R&D documented and
adequate?

3) Are the drawings and models at the Preliminary Design level?

4) Have chits from the CDR been addressed?
