Based on the above information the calculated values of the open circuit voltages do not agree with the values that are used in-house. 

It is desirable to actually test these voltages on open circuit so that we have proper back up documentation for calculations and simulation that Ron will be providing.
The CDX-U will finish operations tomorrow. Bob Kaita has agreed to record the open circuit voltages by energizing the power supplies on Monday August 22nd.
