Talking material for the Rich meeting that addresses our spending year-to-date. The sound bites are;

1)Labor costing continues to increase. We're getting the people we need. 
2)The key staff earlier identified are charging at the target levels we asked for.
3) Non labor spending anticipated to pickup with $1m of add'l procurements to be placed this year.
4) Focus on getting reqs to procurement asap is critical in meeting schedule and spending targets.

5)We (Ron) project a $2m underrun this year We could underrun even more if procurement activity does not pick up soon.
