Minutes from today's meeting for your review and editing as appropriate:

Wayne and Bob met with Gary to go over his preparations for the NCSX CDR.
The following items were discussed and actions assigned:

(1) Gary has held a series of meetings with Dave Johnson, Mike Zarnstorff,
and Raki Ramakrishnan to review the interfaces with WBS 5 and to gather
information.  Key points agreed to include:
	(a) Dave and Gary agreed that any additional channels for "non-standard"
digitizers for diagnostics will be included in Dave's estimate for WBS 3 vs.
WBS 5.
	(b) Meetings with Mike and Raki have confirmed that NCSX and NSTX will
share some D-Site power supplies.  Gary has suggested that NCSX and NSTX
also share the plasma control system computer since both experiments will
not be operating concurrently.  This is a change from the PVR and will save
~$100K.
(2) Gary's estimate is based on actual cost data from NSTX. He presented a
schedule showing that Central I&C activities don't really start up until
calendar year 2005.  Although it might be possible to advance this schedule,
Gary's concern is that doing so could increase the risk of inefficiencies
and potential rework.  He did not expect a significant difference from that
presented at the PVR.
(3) Based on our discussions, it was agreed to the following dates:
	(a) Wayne to provide guidance on the CDR Report requirements/tentative page
allocations by March 1st
	(b) Gary to provide update of WBS dictionary by March 1st
	(c) Gary to provide cost and schedule inputs by March 8th
	(d) Gary to provide his input for the CDR Report by April 1st
	(e) Gary to provide his ROM costs for upgrades by April 18th
