Subject: Weekly engineering telecon for WBS-1

Gentlemen

We will convene the weekly engineering telecon for WBS 1 Wednesday, Sept 4,
at 1:30 EDT.

The agenda for Wednesday's call will include:


1. Discussion of the status of near term tasks  (see attached list).  Please
be prepared to status your tasks.

Note:  Discussion of tasks should be limited to no more than 2 viewgraphs
and 5 minutes per task.  Most tasks will simply need any changes in
estimated dates and % complete.  More detailed discussion should be handled
in separate meetings.

2. Discussion of any new WBS1 issues (please bring up any new issues you
have uncovered or are aware of)

3. Presentation by Wayne Reiersen on "Investigation of vacuum field line
trajectories outside last closed magnetic surface"  that should shed some
light on where the first wall surface needs to be.


PPPL folks will meet in the engr. conf room (and call in at 865-241-1255),
and ORNL folks will meet in the third floor conf. room.  Presentation
material will be shared via Netmeeting.
