I hi pot tested the second TF Test piece that was sent to OAK Ridge for cycle testing. I tested all conductors individually to ground and tied all the individual turns together to test the ground wall insulation. The voltage and current was read at each increment of 1KV. The voltage was held for one minute duration at final test levels.

Equipment used: Biddle 15KV Hipot ID # P18396, Calibration Date 10-26-04

Specimen temperature: 68 deg. F

Turn to turn test: At 5KV the leakage current was 0 micro amps.

Ground wall insulation: At 15KV the leakage current was 0 micro amps.
