Mike,

 

I just completed Hi-pot testing of the 2Nd NCSX TF Specimen. Date 4/1/05

 

Aluminum foil was wrapped around the 12 bar specimen and stayed 4 inches from the end of the bar which acted as a ground plane. A piece of 1/8" dia. wire was attached to each of the 12 conductors.

 

Ground wall test (All conductors to Foil Ground. @ 15KV DC  I leakage = 0 micro amps

 

Turn to Turn Test. (All 12 turns to each other.) @ 5KV DC  I leakage = 0 micro amps.
