NCSX Engineering Web Page, Design Review Guidelines ENG-033, Design Verification

Amplifies requirements of ENG-033 to clarify:

  • Defines Job Manager as the cognizant individual

  • Clarifies what is needed in the "Charge"
  • Clarifies that the charge and design documentation should be forwarded to the Design Review Board and NCSX Engineering Manager (or designee) at least one (1) week prior to review
  • Requires completed CHIT forms to be forwarded to the NCSX Engineering Administrator vs. the Ops Center => NCSX has an electronic CHIT database
