Subject: NCSX GRD

Here is the GRD with a few more chits dispositioned (4, 6, 10, 44, 
and the new 51) since the last issue. Wayne, 20 and 49 are left for 
you to disposition, but the only urgent one before we go forward is 
the requirements allocation matrix (49). Most of the chits were 
accepted. We have had several iterations on this and it is 
satisfactory at at least at the 95% level, so I think we can get this 
signed off and placed under configuration control ASAP. It is 
supposed to be our technical baseline yet we don't have a signed GRD 
in place yet. We should continue to collect changes and fill in the 
TBD's and TBR's as we go along and then update it later via an ECP 
whenever we think it's appropriate.

Once it's signed off, we will invite comments from our PAC and others 
as we promised.

There are follow-up actions for engineering and physics to assess and 
implemement various things. Wayne and Mike should take note and fold 
these into their work plans.
