Summary of Results
|
The intent of this PDR was to
provide a comprehensive review of the preliminary drawings of the D to C
site Transmission system for the NCSX project as designed by The Burns
Group, Philadelphia, PA. These drawings are considered to be complete
to the 70% level. The review board members and invited attendees were
asked to provide comments on the proposed design on drawing details, system
height and routing (the transmission line crosses two roads), location of
bases and structural members, installation of trays and cables, and safety
concerns.
