Levine Subject: NCSX TF Coil Final Design Review, Friday 8/12 There will be the comprehensive Final Design Review for the TF coils on Friday, August 12 at 1:30 in the Engineering Conference Room. The particulars for the review are listed below: Cog: Mike Kalish Chair: Wayne Reiersen RLM: Brad Nelson Charge: 1. Is the technical specification (C-spec) adequate to proceed with fabrication? 2. Is the drawing package complete and ready for fabrication? 3. Have fabrication and test steps been identified and are they compatible with the design? 4. Does the analysis and testing verify that the requirements can be met? 5. Is the analysis adequately documented and checked and posted on the web? 6. Are the results of the testing activities appropriately documented? 7. Is the Bill of Material complete and adequate for initiating and tracking future procurements, are procurement plans identified? 8. Have all interfaces been adequately addressed to proceed with fabrication? 9. Have all previously identified issues / chits been identified and satisfactorily addressed? 10. Has any additional work or documentation that should be done for completion of the TF final design been identified?
