Subject: Peer review of path forward on C1 re cladding issue

Folks,



We are converging on a path forward for at least the C1 coil.  I propose we conduct a peer review tomorrow morning at 10am to review the proposed path forward.  I will document what I believe to be the consensus and send it around this afternoon for your consideration.



We will use the time slot that Ron had reserved for the monthly status meeting so all of the key players should be available.  (If you are on this e-mail, you are considered a key player.)  Please advise me ASAP if you cannot attend.  We will re-schedule the monthly status meeting until a later date.



Please mark your calendars for tomorrow (Wednesday) at 10am.  PPPL folks will meet in the Engineering Conference Room.  ORNL can connect via 866.718.9081 passcode 706670.  We can also use NetMeeting.  Please be prompt – we have an IPT meeting at 11am.
