For each interface, is the
existing analysis, design, and interface documentation is adequate
and appropriate for closing out VV final design?
The review was well
attended. WBS Managers for interfacing systems were the presenters
and came well prepared. It soon became apparent that in general, the
existing analysis, design, and interface documentation is NOT
adequate for closing out VV final design. Nevertheless, the peer
review was very helpful in identifying work that remains to be done.
Eighteen chits were collected. In addition, Reiersen submitted a
memorandum with notes and action items (051201_VV
Interfaces_12_WTR.doc) from the peer review. The chits in
conjunction with Reiersen’s memo, adequately document the work that
remains to be done. The review committee recommends that VV
interfaces be reviewed again before closing out VV final design.”
In addition, please [1] post the attached memo as Reiersen’s notes
and action items and [2] Move the document posted as “Pump
requirements and design” under presentations and post as “Bill
Blanchard”. |
