  Is the proposed strain gage instrumentation and data acquisition system a prudent  choice?  Are there alternatives that should have been considered?

  Are the R&D plans (prior to coil testing) adequate to develop appropriate mounting procedures for glass-epoxy and stainless steel structures and to establish the suitability of the proposed strain gages in a cryogenic, pulsed magnetic field environment when mounted to glass-epoxy and stainless steel structures?  Should other steps be taken?

  Are the proposed cryostat cooling and LN2 supply system modifications appropriate and adequately planned?

 Do the cost and schedule estimates to complete all the work through testing of the C5 coil appear reasonable?
