Subject: Final Design Review of the NCSX PF Coils on Wednesday, February
20, at 2:30 PM.

You are invited to participate in  the  Final Design Review of the NCSX PF Coils next Wednesday,  February 20, at  2:30 PM.  

The cog engineer is Jim Chrzanowski

Al von Halle will chair the review. 

The review committee members are:  Wayne Reiersen, Raki Ramakrishnan, Ted Hunter, and Chas Neumeyer. 

Phil Heitzenroeder  is the RLM.


The charge to the review committee is:

1) Are the requirements defined? What is the proposed design?

2) Is the analysis consistent with the proposed design?

3) Are fabrication documents (drawings, specifications) complete? 

4) Are there satisfactory fabrication plans?

5) Have prior design review chits been addressed?

6) Have all technical, cost/schedule, and safety risks been addressed?

The review will be presented in the Engineering Conference Room.  For audio, remote participants can connect at  1-877-952-1506;  passcode 833648.  

The presentation will be broadcast on MyMeetings.  Instructions for connecting to MyMeetings is given below.  It is suggested that you connect 15 minutes prior to the review to allow time to resolve issues if they occur.  If help is needed,  please call Carl Scimeca at 609-243-3260

To view the presentations in real-time using “My Meetings”

1. Start a browser, i.e. Internet Explorer, Netscape, Safari
2. Go to: http://www.mymeetings.com
a. In the events box, click  join an event
b. Conference/Meeting Number: SW116697 
c. Enter your First Name, Last Name and Company Name in the appropriate boxes.
d. Read the Conferencing Privacy Policy and check the box if you agree to it.
e. Click on Proceed
3. Start Meeting Place page will be displayed. If you don’t already have Live Meeting on your system you will be instructed to install a copy.
a. Go to Installation page
b. Click on Install & Join
c. Click on Run
4. The Live Meeting page will now be displayed. You are a client and the presenter will control the slide show.
