If the misalignment is indeed on the same order as the other bosses, I can easily compensate for it. At some point I will need to know the maximum relative mismatch and direction between the worst of any two bosses. ( Is that explained clearly?) The goal is to define three primary points on a plane and then see how far off radially the other three get as the VV moves relative to the shell. The movement is 5/8” and will stress the other struts either in tension or compression. I have designed a Belleville kit that will retrofit into three or more of the hangers and relieve this stress. I also have a spread sheet that evaluates the condition.
