Mike & Tom,

In Tom's meeting last week, the topic of the clearance between the Mod 
Coils and the VV was discussed.  The inner-most surface of the modular coil 
is defined by the clamps which have many bolts protruding toward the 
VV.   We should define the as-built location of these bolts or ensure that 
they don't protrude farther than the model accounts for.  I've attached 
some pictures of  these bolts as installed on the TRC.
