This is an IN process measurement BUT is the condition that will be used
to weld into the 120 degree VVSA.  However, I wanted to look at this
intermediate condition in case there is an area that must be corrected
and to allow Major tool the ability to choose whether to make any
corrections now or later after the 120 is welded and/or also after the
port holes are cut. 

90% of the area is OK but there are some points that are quite a bit
out.  Please look at this IGES file and examine any out of tolerance
areas for potential to accept as is.  Also included is the verisurf
output which provides a picture of the vessel and lists the points with
their deviation.
