I've added the Verisurf fit for the B1 data that Steve has produced. Verisurf did a slightly better job fitting than my code did. The three fits shown are fairly clustered together and in between the original MTM and PPL data where they deviated the most.

Folks,

I took a crack at trying to refit the Romer Arm data using a home grown code to see if it offered any possible explanation to the discrepancy between the MTM data and the PPL data for the B1 and B2 coils. A better fit might imply something moved following alignment (coil or arm). The comparisons are attached for B1 and B2. The refit seems to have more of an impact on the B2 comparison than the B1, but shows improved agreement to the MTM data in both coils.
