Attached is the final IGES file containing both tests on different layers I'm working on a couple power point slides describing what we observer from the fuji paper and checking points during the torquing of the suppernuts.  We found an edge probe with zero offset for the second test to measure the flange, the first one we ran a ball probe on the two surfaces and an edge so you might be able to reconstruct the edge for that one as well.
