I managed to get the Stage 3 VV Support Model to run thru both ANSYS and Mechanica with consistent results. The peak stress at the now 1.49" dia base bolts is 13.6 KSI in both codes.

The import into ANSYS is less than perfect. I had to recreate the volumes based on the surface and internal areas, then do a boolean operation to subtract out the internal cavities before I could get it to mesh. In Mechanica, I continued to used the local mesh refinement (it was still in the model after updating with your new base geometry). I didn't try again without it.
