This is the place that Geoff Gettelfinger worked with when developing the original soft sided cryostat concept..  They were proposing urethane coated nylon fabric, bonded with urethane adhesive.  Geoff tested it at LN2 temperatures and it was OK.  

Another thought is to lightly inflate with nitrogen gas so they have some stiffness before  filling them  with aerogel, foam beads, glass beads, etc.  Seal –penetrations might also be made this way.   Note that ATL  have spacecraft flex-tanks (see below) which might be of interest.
