As you know there shall be no floating metallic part in the machine. Thus all 
structures/casings shall be grounded. At present, the plan is to provide a 4/0 insulated 
ground cable to the grounding pad that you will be providing for each structure. The pad 
can be the same conducting material as the structure - it is not necessary that it should 
be copper!

Burndy lugs cat# Standard length barrel
#YA-28-2LN - dimensions (1/2"holes  1-3/4" apart  1.02" wide) will be used to connect 
the 4/0 cable. The 4/0 cable is of typically about 1/2" diameter copper. We will finally 
be selecting the cable size required - for design purposes please provide the pad as above.
