Folks,

I am re-issuing this list with recent information.  Tom, I have tried to address your ownership questions as much as possible.

This is my understanding of the responsibilities for services that connect to the stellarator core:

Diagnostic cables:  B. Stratton (WBS 3)
Thermocouple leads:  E. Perry  (WBS 7)
Heater tape leads:  E. Perry  (WBS 7)
Strain gauge leads:  E. Perry  (WBS 7)
Cryogenic lines:  S. Raftopoulos  (WBS 62)
Coil electrical leads:  S. Ramakrishnan  (WBS 4).  Is this correct, or is there an intermediate cable run between Raki and the machine that is owned by someone else?

Coil voltage taps to measure coil resistance:  S. Ramakrishnan  (WBS 4)
Grounding cables:  S. Ramakrishnan  (WBS 4)
Vessel heating and cooling lines:  M. Kalish  (WBS 64)
Cryostat circulation system:  S. Raftopoulos (WBS 17)
150 C Bakeout System:  M. Kalish  (WBS 64)
Port heater tape system:  P. Goranson  (WBS 12)
Coil services thermal transition box:  P. Goranson (WBS 16)
Final I&C connections outside cryostat:  Tom or Erik, what is this and what is the issue?

Please let me know if there are corrections or further questions.

Thanks.
Hutch
