Folks,
 
As work on the MIE remaining scope dwindles down, I would like you to
start transferring files/folders you believe should be archived.
Drawings and ProE models will be stored in INTRALINK and should not be
archived on the NCXS Engineering Web.
 
I have attached two guidance documents to assist you.  These are the
guidelines for where to archive your files/folders that you believe
should be archived and also a template to be used in preparing closeout
notes.  If you go to the NCSX Engineering Web at the bottom under the
Closeout Notes button, you will see what jobs I am expecting closeout
notes for.
 
Judy, Frank, or myself will be around in the next week or so to discuss
exactly what files/folders you believe should be archive.  The goal is
to have the NCSX Engineering Web as the sole repository -- even though
you may have duplicate files/folders on the PPPL 'P' Drive.
 
Both the archiving and closeout notes should be completed not later than
September 30th.
