Attendees were Simmons, Zarnstorff, Schmidt, Lyon, and
Neilson.
- Priorities for SIT attention through
December
The following
suggestions were made:
- Work Planning for FY-04: Get WPs and WAFs in place;
start tracking.
- Preparations for the Lehman/EIR Performance Baseline
Review
- Update cost & schedule baseline based on PDR
results.
- Update PEP (VE, Risk Management, Milestones, ...)
- Update GRD via ECP.
- Plan agenda and presentations.
- Research ORNL video connection
options.
- FY04 Joule milestones
- Authorize MCWF Prototype Fab (VV already authorized)
- Twisted racetrack coil.
- MC and VV FDRs
- Ready for CD-3
- Resolve Rohwedder issue, get VV prototype back on
track. Improve management reserve documentation.
- Plan visits to suppliers.
- Schedule internal peer reviews as part of the design
process.
- Establish a tracking log of action items and chits.
- Follow up on studies. Decide which to pursue, fold them
into work plans as appropriate.
- C-site power supply option.
- Consider stainless steel vessel
- ICRF antenna feed access
- Electropolishing
- Holes for eddy current reduction
- Clamps and cooling issues.
- Plan Research prep
