System Integration Team (SIT) Meeting of Monday, November 15,
2004
1. Issues with updated estimate for
cost and schedule baseline (Hutch)
- Ron distributed the latest
update, including inputs received through Friday 11/12. It is close to “in the
box.” A handful of issues remains to be resolved this week before we
freeze the baseline with an ECP (currently expected to be ECP-018). We may
have to request a small amount of contingency (~$500k or less) to cover net
growth.
- WBS 13, TF coils: need to
resolve some confusion as to whether the current design is reflected and all
appropriate elements are included. Action: Wayne follow up with Kalish and
request updated input to Ron by Tuesday COB.
- WBS 7, Final Assembly cost:
Meeting with E. Perry planned for Monday afternoon.
- WBS 7, Final Assembly
schedule: Meeting with E. Perry and M. Williams planned for Thursday
morning.
- WBS 82, Engineering
Management and Integration. Staff adjustments were proposed. Action:
Wayne to advise.
- A CCB for ECP-018 will be
held Friday, Nov. 19. Action: Wayne schedule the
CCB.
2. Lehman Review Preparation
Schedule (Ron)

responsibilities for Lehman review deliverables were
established:
- Draft presentations to
Hutch for review (Phil, Wayne, Ron, Hutch, by 11/23)
- Dry runs of presentations:
Tues., Nov. 30, 8:30-12:30. (Hutch to arrange)
- Updated resource-loaded
schedule (Ron, 11/22)
- Updated BA/BO analysis
consistent with plan and funding profile. (Ron, 11/22)
- Updated cost table by WBS
and year. (Ron, 11/22)
- Fill in the usual Lehman
cost table. (Ron, 12/1)
- Updated milestone table.
