2 completed through VPI prep

2. MCWF procurement (Energy Industries of Ohio)

MCWF summary status:
All 18 castings have been poured
4 in foundry operations
9 in machining operations
5 delivered.

A machine breakdown occurred on the Mitsu-40 while working on the A-2. The Mitsu-30, previously identified as the backup for the Mitsu-40, was immediately brought into service, with the A-3 the first to start processing. See discussion below.
Major Tool representatives will visit PPPL on Thursday, May 18, and are expected to provide more information.
