NCSX Closeout Plan We discussed a planning document, "Path Forward for NCSX," outlining proposed closeout and follow-on activities, following guidance provided by Ray Fonck. A number of improvements were suggested. Going forward, we need to strengthen the justification for the proposed activities, quantify their costs, and quantify their value. Assignments: - Integration of the planning document, incorporate inputs from the meeting and other- Neilson - MIE activities to be completed (document items 1a. and 1b.)
