Mike,

       As we discussed on the phone we at J.P.Pattern will perform the following tasks on inspection of parts.
    
    1) All parts to be inspected with ISO certified measuring equipment measure length , width &  height. (Basic dimensions)
    
    2) All parts to have a complete visual inspection for defects or missed machine setups.

    3) On the order for quantities of 36pcs. 5 or 6 parts will be completely inspected (Romer) They will identified by tape and number system.

    4) On the order for quantities of 18pcs. 2 or 3 parts will be completely inspected (Romer) They will identified by tape and number system.


    Per PO # PE-006162-W Hard due date for first set is for 01/05/05. We at JPP have been given an extension that first set of parts can be shipped 01/08/05. Mike please confirm and forward to Arlene White.


       On the additional parts that will be needed please send STP data & prints to johnp@jppattern.com & CC to jimw@jppattern. I will check into extra stock for machining of parts once data arrives.
