Subject: Keystone
Data
Art
Attached is the keystone data for the 0.539" x 0.660 "
twisted conductor wound that was wound onto a 5 inch diameter core.
Conductor was insulated and wound in both the easy (first table) and hard
directions (second table).
The numbers shown in the table are averages
for the data collected.
Column No. 1: The turn
number
Column No. 3: The theoretical radial build from the
winding face based upon the average conductor measurements made
pre-winding.
Column No. 4: Actual radial build
measurements.
Column No. 5: The actual inside winding radius
for each turn, building onto the previous turn.
Column No. 6:
The average height of the conductor pre-winding.
Column No.
7: The actual height measurements after winding.
I will be out
on Friday, but will return on Monday if you have any questions.
