Folks,

As a last step in going from the PDR baseline to the CD-2 baseline, we need to approve an ECP that documents the process and provides an audit trail.  ECP-04-004, which many of you contributed to, does that. 

We plan on holding a CCB on this ECP on Wednesday, Feb 11th, at 3:00 pm, immediately following the WBS 1 Engineering Meeting.  Please provide any comments you have by Monday, Feb 9th, to me so that I can present them at the CCB meeting.

The ECP can be found at the following NCSX Engineering Web page: < http://ncsx.pppl.gov/SystemsEngineering/Config_Mgmt/FY2004_ECPs/FY2004_ECPs_index.htm >.  I have attached a sample ECP Page II for your use. However, if you have no comments, or only minor editorial comments, a simple e-mail will suffice.

This ECP includes the Cover Page and Page I and then 4 attachments:

(1)     Revised Funding Profile and Budget Totals

(2)     Revised DOE Project Milestones Table

(3)     Detailed Breakdown of Cost Impacts

(4)     Primavera Database showing revised project schedule and cost baselines
