Attached is a draft spreadsheet (look at the summary tab) for cost implications for the new port scheme.  It somehow came out to $300k.  Note, this is only the cost associated with the procurement of the VVSA, and does not include mod coil winding form cost increases nor assembly costs associated with the extra ports.  The design costs were captured, we think, in ECP6.  I hope to update this with the other costs soon.
