Wayne,
I have now received feedback on the contingency on the work to go (ETC) from WBS 1 elements, WBS 2, WBS 4, and WBS 7:
(1) WBS 1 as indicated on Brad’s spreadsheet. Please note that Brad and company suggest having a moderate contingency for change orders on the VVSA and MCWF (~14%) and a larger contingency on the rest of the work for the VVSA and MCWF.
(2) WBS 2 – since NBI essentially over, Tim suggests 0% contingency. No change on WBS 21 or 23 since this work has really not started.
(3) WBS 3 – since this work really hasn’t started, I did not contact Dave and would leave the contingency on the ETC as is.
(4) WBS 4 – Raki indicated leaving the contingency on the ETC as is.
(5) WBS 5 - since this work really hasn’t started, I did not contact Gary and would leave the contingency on the ETC as is.
(6) WBS 6 - since this work really hasn’t started, I did not contact Larry and would leave the contingency on the ETC as is.
(7) WBS 7 - since this work really hasn’t started, Erik suggests leaving the contingency on the ETC as is.
(8) WBS 8 – given our overrunning in WBS 81 and 82, I would suggest upping the contingency to 20%,
