Wayne, wbs 14 explained attached. I inadvertently moved $358k (which we put in wbs 14 in ECP11 to cover design increased cost) from wbs 141 to 142. I moved this back. Also, on the spreadsheet I explain the net increases.....Be careful with the MCWF increase since you are correct that we originally estimated $4.8m (in fy02 $) but when escalated to FY04 $ is roughly $5.0m so the difference is  really $2.96m. Ron

Attached are updated copies of the ECP14 documentation.  I believe the documents are ready to go forward for Greg’s signature.  There are two issues that Ron is working on, which we should resolve before we go forward: [1]If the contract (unloaded) cost of the MCWF went up by $3.2M (from $4.8M to $8.0M), why did the cost of WBS 141 go up by only $2.4M? [2] Why did the cost of the MC windings and assembly go up by $457K?
