Advanced Conceptual Design Baseline

Cost and schedule baselines were defined at the CDR.  Following the CDR, the cost and schedule baselines were updated for the Advanced Conceptual Design phase. No technical changes are reflected in the revised baselines.  The four main changes were:

• Tasks were shifted to match DOE funding profile guidance 

• More schedule contingency was added, resulting in a 3-month slip in first plasma

• The sequence for fabricating the modular coils was changed

• The WBS was changed
