Significant Schedule Variances 1) VVSA production of production panels and the 120 deg fixture 2) MC type C final design tasks now impacting the deliverables that will be represented the June 30th FDR Significant Cost Variances 1) Coil Test Stand Fabrication 2) Completion of modification to the winding facility and hardware 3)TRC fabrication 4) Modular Coil Final design I'm now predicting a lower underun of approx $1.4m due to the following drivers; (I'll also identified these to you and Ed under separate e-mail) 1) Larry Sutton feels we'll be on the hook for accruing approx $510k more on the two major contracts should MTM and EIO meet their forecast schedule (I'd be pleasantly surprised to see this happen) 2) We're sending $200k down to ORNL from our BA funding
