In the Systems Engineering area, he specifically identified the following under technical considerations: · The extent of manufacturing development and its relationship to the project; · Value engineering; · Test and evaluation; · Environment, Safety, and Health; · Sustainable design; · Configuration management; · Systems engineering; · Quality assurance; and · Reliability and maintainability. I modified Section 14.1 to say: "This SEMP specifically addresses (or references for greater detail specific project plans) technical considerations, including: · The extent of manufacturing development and its relationship to the project; · Value engineering; · Test and evaluation; · Environment, Safety, and Health; · Sustainable design; · Configuration management; · Systems engineering; · Quality assurance; and Reliability and maintainability. While most are already mentioned in the SEMP at some level, I believe that the extent of manufacturing development and its relationship to the project and sustainable design may need some more work in the SEMP. What do you think? As far as Greg's comments of the Definition of Project Completion, I think he is looking (perhaps at the WBS level) for the following: (1) Day 0 (First Plasma) (2) Day 1 (End of TEC Work) (3) Etc.
