Where a requirement does not need to be met at First Plasma we should so state (e.g. base pressure, availability). 2) Do we need a seismic requirement? 3) Not having a disruption time constant implies an instantaneous current decay. I think this is what you want; however, it does result in infinite voltages across some internal hardware. Maybe we should note that this apparent problem is to be neglected.
