   Remote Participation Instructions

The intent of this meeting is to peer review current NCSX cryostat and cryosystems designs.

As a follow-up of this review, we intend to develop Statements of Work (SOW) for services to support NCSX engineering efforts in developing a Preliminary Design by August of this year.

Once the SOWs have been finalized, the PPPL Procurement Division will issue Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and interested review participants will be notified.

We anticipate awarding one or more subcontracts in early May, with the period of performance being approximately 6 weeks.

The fabrication of many of these items will be the subject of openly competed solicitation(s) in the latter half of CY 2009–mid 2010.
