The NCSX Closeout Notes are intended to document the status of each job to provide final status of the job when the NCSX Project was cancelled. The closeout notes should be addressed to the appropriate RLM (or Mike Cole in the case of ORNL jobs). Only those jobs in process and/or planned at time of Project cancellation will be will require closeout notes. The following information is provided below to guide each Job Manager in preparing a closeout note that is consistent with all the other closeout notes in format.
